Framingham is the Hub of Trails in MetroWest. Friends of Framingham Trails is a passionate community organization dedicated to promoting, maintaining, and celebrating the incredible trail network that connects our neighborhoods and builds community.

From the Cochituate Rail Trail to the Arthur Morency Woods, Framingham boasts diverse trails, paths, and parks waiting to be explored. Our mission is simple: support and grow Framingham's trails. We're advocates, volunteers, nature lovers, and community builders.

Framingham is home to an incredible variety of trails, including:
● Cochituate Rail Trail
● Carol Getchell Trail
● Callahan State Park
● Bay Circuit Trail
● And many more!
We're also working to bring new trails to our community, including the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail and the Upper Charles Rail Trail.
Friends of Framingham Trails is organizing our third annual New Year's Eve Celebration on the Cochituate Rail Trail.
Our first two years have been incredible, with crowds coming together to celebrate the start of the new year and the thriving city we live in.
Fire pit hosts have offered entertainment, giveaways, and food to create a festive atmosphere. We're working hard to make this year even better with more lighting, entertainment, and community involvement.
